Why sweat in gym when summer provides endless opportunities to burn calories outdoors and have fun at the same time? Try these 7 sport activities which could turn out to be real adventures you will remember for months after. No matter what sports motivation drives you: to challenge yourself to the deep core or to overcome body stiffness after working in an office all day – these activities can meet your needs. Just a short precaution (we have promised keep you fit and wise, remember?): our body adapts to stresses applied. So, if you have been inactive for 30 years and one marvellous day decide to start running/playing tennis/surfing, your body may not be happy about it.

So remember, always warm up thoroughly to increase blood flow and oxygen supply to the muscles and loosen up joints. Even a short workout engages your muscles in provide good range of movement, which in turn protects you from injury.
